What is the truth about this season of Christmas?

Are Santa Claus and family gatherings really the meaning for the season of Christmas? •
What about presents and good will?

And then there is a birth of a Savior—has Santa replaced the Jesus of Christmas?

Jesus is the Emmanuel of a Christmas. Emmanuel means “God with us.” Who came to live with us for forever.

Let’s take a brief look at the Jesus of Christmas, called the Son of God in the Bible.

     •    He was born in a manger according to Luke 2:12.
     •    His coming was told in advance and was announced by angels
     •    He walked on the water
     •    He is always near in times of trouble
     •    He is able to supply for all your need, not just a single gift
     •    He always hears whenever anyone calls on His name
     •    He will always reward obedience
     •    He invites us to find rest in His arms
     •    He knows you by name
     •    He offers hope for the hopeless and a new start
     •    He repairs homes, hearts, and lives.
     •    He gives joy that produces strength.
     •    He became a our gift when He died, as our substitute, on the cross
     •    He is able to save you up from death, hell, and the grave

The Bible clearly teaches is that Jesus Christ is the Savior and He was born to save people from sin and spiritual death. God’s gift is peace on earth, good will to all humanity. Only through Jesus alone can you have peace.

If you have not done so, will you please turn to God?

Recognize what Jesus Christ did for you on the cross, ask God to save you, and put your complete trust in Him today.
